    Commercial vehicle, Private vehicle and motor cycle would cover the following:

      • Comprehensive Insurance
        This is the widest form of cover to protect against financial losses of all kinds, accidental loss to vehicle
      • Third Party liability
        The policy covers your legal liability arising out of the property damage and bodily injury of the third party as a result of accident.
      • Act only Liability
        The policy can be extended to include Personal Accident Cover for accidental personal injuries/death to driver as well as passengers.

Exclusions applicable under Motor Insurance Policy

  1. Rent a car business especially at private motor rates.
  2.  Vehicles engaged in Afghan transit and NATO supplies.
  3. Government or army vehicles.
  4. Avoid underwriting policy mentioning “Subject to Pre-inspection of the vehicle” in description.
  5. Avoid underwriting policy on receiving short premium as per cover note.
  6. Client having bad premium payment and claim history.

Conditions under which Motor Insurance policy will be Cancelled

  1. Cancellation notice should be served to the clients who default on premium payment in consultation with the the Branch Manager
  2. Policy cancellation due to non-payment beyond 45 days will be done on pro-rata basis
  3. Cancellation will only be carried out with either a copy of cancellation notice or the original document.
  4. List of defaulting clients is being maintained and their names are being disabled in the system to ensure the company does not enter into any business deal with them again.
  5. Policies being cancelled at insured’s option will be cancelled on short-period basis.
  6. Policy cancelled on Pro-Rata required approval from H.Oon case to case basis
